I edit my images in a bold and vivid style embracing warm tones. Images are edited for color, contrast and light, minor edits include skin scratch removal, eye brightening, skin smoothing +cropping with artful color grading through hand editing.

Extensive editing such as head swaps, body manipulations, object removal and cosmetic edits are not included.

A curated private online viewing gallery will be available with a set amount of high resolution digital downloads and printing permission.

You will get to browse the edited gallery and choose the images you would like to download.

The gallery provides an option to purchase additional images and has easy print shop access to quality prints and products.

It is important to note that Whimsy & Glow Photography never releases unedited / raw files.

Outdoor sessions are weather permitting and set 1-2 hours before sunset so images reflect and embrace the warm deeper vibrant warm tones of the desert. This time provides the most flattering lighting for images.

All appointments are very limited & reserved no later than 14 days ahead and are generally booked 2-6 months in advance.

Photography locations are public nature trails in Maricopa City 85138 and select surrounding areas, from the photographer’s previously used and scouted locations.

Your digital gallery will be available 2-4 weeks after your shoot. All purchased images are downloadable high resolution digital files.

Wardrobe choices make a huge impact on the final product. There are certain color choices and styles that can elevate the session and that work really well with the time of day we shoot, and my personal style of shooting and editing.

Consider careful color coordination with nuetrals and muted earthy tones, adding subtle patterns and accessories + textures to bring extra dimension to your images.

I love to work together in styling your session and provide a comprehensive style guide with helpful tips and tricks to make your session be all it can be.

Purchasing prints is entirely up to you. I highly stress that not all print labs are the same and the results may be disappointing depending on who you choose to print with. The final outcome may not look anything like the original file and cost a lot of money in the long run to reprint.

I am happy to guide you through accessing the print shop through your gallery. There you will have access to beautiful quality products and the convenience of me completing your print order for you. Through the gallery print shop is the only way I can guarantee you will love your final prints!

The portrait agreement helps in making sure that we have no misunderstandings during the process and every detail is able to be easily referred back to for a smooth process. It is a requirement to be signed digitally to obtain services.

In short, I am promising to uphold your time and date for you only, declining all other appointment requests. The client is promising to show up on time and agree to all terms and conditions specified.

All image copyrights and original image files will remain with Whimsy & Glow Photography. Unedited images will never be provided for any reason. Purchased files are for non-commercial use, they can not be altered or edited or submitted to publications without written permission and credit.

Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all work product. In exchange for services provided by Heidi Crawford, she retains the exclusive right to edit and showcase all images created without names, publishing highlights on her blog for advertising, marketing, portfolio, web content, illustration and promotional use.
